Meet Alexa
I'm Alexa Wernick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
I believe therapy should meet each child where they are. My approach is active, collaborative, and individualized, combining evidence-based strategies with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to help children build confidence, navigate challenges, and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life.
I also believe that meaningful progress extends beyond the therapy room, which is why I value collaboration with parents and schools to support lasting growth.
